Kristen "Kris" Mary Houghton grew up in University City, a suburb of San Diego. Kris was married to lawyer Robert Kardashian (widely known for his trial defense of O.J. The book was very easy to read but very shalow, she is repeating herself a lot and doesnt reveal much, but I think it is all what you can expect from kardashians.I bought the book to learn more about this fenomenon everybody talks about, but I just didnt get hooked.
Kris Jenner gives a lot of information about her life, from being a child to her first and her second marriage. Not to recomment for those, who want more information about her kids Kim & Co. as it is mostly about Kris's life. Amazing woman!
I love this book. Kris comes across to be honest and openhearted about her past, and that is not always such a pretty sight. Yet you have to sympathise with her and admire her guts. To me, it's a relaxing pageturner about famous people leading a dream life (although I haven't finished the book yet), I enjoy it very much. There are also some lovely childhood pictures of the Kardashian kids, and youth pictures of Kris and Robert Kardashian. I would recommend this book to my friends!
